Why are immigration evaluations useful?
Immigration evaluations provide a detailed and professional assessment of the emotional and psychological impact of an applicant's circumstances. They offer crucial documentation that can strengthen your case by highlighting hardships, supporting your petition, and providing evidence that may not be captured in legal forms alone.
What will an immigration evaluation do for my case?
An immigration evaluation can significantly enhance your case by providing a detailed, objective analysis of the emotional and psychological challenges you face. It offers a professional perspective that can validate your claims, add depth to your legal arguments, and help your attorney present a stronger, more compelling case to USCIS.
who i work with…
ATTORNEYS
I partner with attorneys to provide detailed evaluations that support their clients' immigration cases. By maintaining open communication and understanding each case's specifics, I deliver reports that strengthen legal arguments and equip attorneys with the evidence needed for a strong USCIS submission.
IMMIGRATION CLIENTS
I work directly with immigration clients to understand their unique stories and the emotional impacts of their experiences. I create a safe and confidential environment where clients can share their narratives. Through detailed assessments and clear reports, I aim to provide valuable support for their immigration petitions, helping clients feel confident and prepared as they navigate the legal process.
I provide evaluations for the following types of applications:
Extreme Hardship/cancellation of removal (I-601/I-601A, I-881)
Extreme Hardship Waivers aim to show that deportation would cause significant hardship to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident relative. These evaluations focus on the emotional and financial impacts on your family, helping to make your case for staying in the U.S.
U visa (I-918)
U Visas are for victims of certain crimes who have suffered abuse and are helping law enforcement. Evaluations focus on the impact of the crime and your cooperation, demonstrating your need for safety and protection in the U.S.
political Asylum (I-589)
Asylum cases are for those seeking safety in the U.S. due to persecution in their home country. These evaluations highlight the emotional and psychological effects of past trauma and the risks you face if returned, supporting your need for protection.
violence against women act (vawa)
VAWA petitions help victims of domestic violence self-petition for legal status. Evaluations focus on the abuse's emotional effects and your need for safety, helping to support your claim for independence and protection.
T visa (I-914)
T Visas are for victims of human trafficking. Evaluations document the trauma experienced and your efforts to escape and assist authorities, supporting your need for protection and a safe environment in the U.S.
