We do not store any information submitted through the website contact form. The form is hosted on Squarespace and transmitted securely using SSL encryption.

5. HIPAA Notice

This website is not intended to collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI). All clinical communications, documentation, and scheduling are conducted through our HIPAA-compliant EHR platform, Sessions Health. Once you access Sessions Health via our client portal link, your information is governed by their privacy policies.
